Who we are
POVA Care is a domiciliary care agency with branches in Bradford and Manchester. We were founded by a carer with 19 years of experience, who saw how much difference good, consistent care makes to people's lives, and how much families rely on it.
We provide care and support in people's own homes, helping them stay in familiar surroundings and live as independently as possible. We care for:
- Adults over 65
- Adults under 65
- Children (0 to 18 years)
What we believe
- The person comes first. Care plans are built around routines, preferences and what matters to each person.
- Reliability matters. People should know who is coming and when.
- Dignity and respect, in every visit and every home.
- Families are partners. We keep you informed and listen to you.
Our team
Our carers are recruited carefully, with the safe recruitment checks required for care work, and are trained for the support they provide. Our management teams are based locally and easy to reach. Join our team.
