A Reliable, Punctual and Experienced Care Company! POVA Care was able to help us at very short notice and we continued to use them since. A tailored care package was drawn up in the first meeting we had. The management team are very genuine and always endeavor to meet every need of the client, whilst running everything smoothly and ensuring our loved one's care was never compromised. The carers always conducted themselves in a professional and understanding manner and kindness was always shown to our loved one through some very challenging times A huge thank you to you all for everything!

I constantly give feed back every day so always on the phone to the office staff . They are like family they are loving and always welcoming. Careers are lovely might need a bit of help but that's only the new ones. I've got dogs and are really good with them . Thank you for been there for me and my husband.
